We believe God wants to speak to us and use us through the varying ministries that He allows us to be a part of. God is honored when His children minister to others with the gifts He has equipped them with. Our prayer is that God is glorified through all that is done at Sharon First Baptist and we pray that He leads you to join us!

Sunday Worship

On Sunday mornings we have our Sunday School classes for different ages from Infants through Senior Adults. After Sunday School we worship together through music, giving, fellowship and the reading and teaching of God's Word. We have children's church during our morning worship service for 3 weeks and our children remain with us for the entire service on the 4th week.

Wednesday Evenings

On Wednesday evenings during the school year we eat dinner together, which is free of charge, and we enjoy the fellowship with one another. We break up into age appropriate Bible study groups after dinner. Each week we have wonderful volunteers who teach our children and our youth. Our adults remain in the fellowship hall for their Bible study and discussion.

Men

Every third Saturday during our school year we have our Men's Breakfast. This is a time for our men enjoy breakfast together and to be encouraged and challenged through God's Word. 

Ladies

Our Ladies have a weekly time of prayer together on Monday evenings at 7 pm called, "Mom's in Prayer". We also have women's events at various times throughout the year to encourage and build each other up in the Lord.

Couples

We periodically have our "Couples Enrichment" events geared to equip and encourage couples to have strong and healthy marriages. Our Pastor is also available for couples counseling as the need arises.

Youth

We have different events that our youth leaders use to invest in the lives of our teens. We partner with other churches for those who want to go to Youth Camp in the summer.

Events for kids and families

We have events for children and families throughout the year like our Valentines banquet for the whole family, Easter Egg Hunt, Vacation Bible School, July 4th celebration, Teachers Appreciation Luncheon, Fall Festival, Thanksgiving Community Meal, and our Children's Christmas Program.
